Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Production:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts that resonate with target audiences and align with marketing objectives.

Capture high-quality footage using professional video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.

Execute video shoots both on-site and off-site, ensuring appropriate composition, lighting, and audio quality.

Operate camera equipment, stabilizers, and drones to achieve desired shots.

2. Editing and Post-Production:
Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, compelling videos that maintain brand consistency.

Incorporate visual effects, graphics, and animations to enhance storytelling.

Edit audio elements, including music, voiceovers, and sound effects to ensure high-quality audiovisual experiences.

Collaborate with the post-production team to refine and finalize video content.

3. Project Management:
Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and deadlines.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content teams, to align video content with overall marketing strategies.

4. Storyboarding and Pre-production:
Assist in developing storyboards, shot lists, and production plans for video projects.

Scout and select locations for shoots, considering lighting, background, and aesthetics.

5. Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with creative directors, writers, and other team members to brainstorm and develop video concepts.

Communicate effectively to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of video styles and projects.

Proficiency in videography equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and post-production tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

Solid understanding of cinematic techniques, composition, lighting, and audio principles.

Knowledge of visual effects, motion graphics, and animation is a plus.

Strong creative and storytelling skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
