Moulding Supervisor

working experiences: *minimum 3 years related supervisor working experience in moulding injection production *minimum 3 years experience in supervising moulding production activities
- good supervisory skill and interpersonal skills, able to work as a team 1. Assist on moulding production activities. 2. Assist on the production planning and ensure its being followed. 3. Assist on preparing the purchase requisition on raw material for moulding production 4. To attend to mould change and setting machine 5. To assist in carry out duties of raw material change and preparation 4. Arrange for goods to be transferred for QC inspection and delivery 5. Prepare and request material from store 6. Inform and explain to production asst. /line leader on products and services to be produced for each machine 7. Attend to mould repair and change spare parts with the present of maintenance staff 8. To ensure the production area is always clean & tidy 9. Assist technician / production asst on mould change 10. Prepare daily report and model change, include reject. Write down notes for necessary actions and attention to other shift’s leaders 11. Coach & teach the subordinates on the proper way of checking parts & work method 12. To ensure preparation complete (material/ mould / setup) before mass production 13. To attend on robot setup if necessary 14. To assist in Senior Supervisor / Executive’s daily role and duties 15. Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superior

We are manufacturing of electrical products such as terminal blocks, control switches, moulded plastic injection parts and metal parts for our own products. We are LMW company and export more than 80% of our goods. We do have local domestic sales. Our workforce is around 100. Our working hours is from 8.00am to 5.30pm and basically works from Monday to Friday. We observe all the public holidays gazetted.
