**Responsibilities**

**1. Calendar Management**:

- Coordinate and manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them to optimize executive's time.

**2. Communication**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, inquiries, and requests, redirecting them as appropriate.

**3. File Management and Organization**
- Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing and organizing materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.

**4. Project Coordination**
- Support executives in managing and coordinating various projects, including tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure alignment and follow-up on action items.

**5. Administrative Support**
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and office supply management.
- Provide assistance in planning and coordinating company events, conferences, and special projects.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by executives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting or any related degree: 1 year (preferred)
