- Answering customer and client questions.
- Handling customer concerns and complaints from client.
- Resolving customer issues.
- Regularly contacting customers to ensure their experience with a product or service is positive
- Answering customer calls and directing them to the appropriate recipient
- Communicating with customers via phone, mail and live chat
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
