Pricing Manager(General Insurance)

**Probation Period**:6mths

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and develop technical and commercial price for retail products
- Regular monitoring of portfolio performance
- Propose pricing and portfolio management initiatives and assess financial impact for such initiatives
- Provide analytical support to other business functions
- Prepare and review rate filing documentations to regulator
- Mentor, train, and develop junior staffs and review their work

**Key Requirements**
- Degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, or other Mathematics/Statistics-based major
- Talents with 4 years of relevant work experience or more in General (Non-Life) Insurance
- Have experience in managing direct reports
- Good progress in internationally recognized actuarial examinations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- High learning agility and work efficiency
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, with good communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
