Responsibilities: Manage SLA proposal development - scope, hardware and pricing. Present SLA proposal to the customer. Lead negotiation with the customer. Prepare SLA contract. Manage SLA renewal (scope and pricing review). Execute deliverables in SLA. Manage SLA billing and collection. Manage SLA termination. Prepare reports and SLA performance report to the customer. Manage OA equipment SLA, hardware quotation, requisition and billing. Requirements: Degree in a related discipline. Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in a sales environment. Strong communication skills.
