**Job Description**:
- Conduct inspection and preparation of valuation report for various types of properties.
- To assist in market research and data collection.
- To liaise with customers, bankers, local government agencies and other related parties.
**Requirements**:
- Preferably 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Possess Diploma or Degree in Property Valuation or Estate Management or equivalent.
- Have good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Responsible and committed to meeting datelines.
- Must possess a driving licence and willing to drive.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
