Cafeteria Cashier

Great all customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
2. Register all transaction into the POS System, ensuring each details purchase is fully and accurately entered
3. Informing BOH staff, via communication base on any customers food orders and request
4. Receive / accept customer issues / complaints and cascade the info to the superior for further actions
5. Performing transaction / data entering, returning and other transactions through the POS System.
6. Keep the cashier counter and front counter are always having sufficient stocked before, during and after operations. Replenish / top-up any food & beverage selling products as required.
7. Daily cleaning and organize the dining area and isle are always in well-kept cleaned before, during and after operation hours.
8. Assist assigned employees with cleaning the customers dining area.
9. Notify management of all customer feedback / complaint and FOH issues
10. Consistently maintain a balancing cash / others transaction of every settlement report from the POS System.
11. Prepare cash transaction report for all daily sales and float money during hand over shift and end of business hours
12. Ensure 10 Golden Rules and cash handling procedures are followed strictly.
13. Ensure of accountability and responsibility for the highest quality in the delivery of catering and act accordingly in respect of Food Safety and Health & Safety current legislation such as HACCP and other government requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
