**主要角色和職責:-**

人力資源 :
- 協助招募流程,包括職缺、履歷篩選和麵試協調。
- 處理新員工的入職和入職培訓。
- 維護員工記錄,包括個人資訊、出勤和休假記錄。
- 協助人力資源相關文件和合規工作,能夠處理所得稅、SOCSO 和 KWSP 申報的每月繳款將是一個優勢。
- 準備每月出勤報告。
- 準備人力資源相關文件,如僱傭信、終止信、公司備忘錄等
- 確保遵守勞動法、辦公室安全法規和人力資源程序。

行政的 :
- 能夠支援任務和管理職責,例如申請表、銀行業務、許可證以及與地方當局打交道。
- 必要時監控和訂購辦公用品。
- 處理一般管理任務,包括資料輸入、歸檔處理、保存記錄並確保文件歸檔記錄準確。
- 協助組織公司活動、公司聚餐、旅行、會議和培訓。
- 處理傳入的電子郵件和電話。
- 具備基本的財務和會計知識是一個優勢。

**要求:**
- 會計、人力資源、工商管理或相關領域的學士學位。
- 證明經驗至少2 -3年
- 良好的 MS Office、Outlook、Power Point 等知識與技能
- 優秀的溝通、人際溝通和組織能力。
- 必須精通普通話和英語。
- IT招募經驗
- 熟悉勞動法(特別是僱傭合約、員工休假和保險)
- 能夠同時處理多項任務,充滿信心,並具有出色的溝通能力
