Cheras, Malaysia Era Alfa Tuition & Daycare Full time

Responsible for cultivating children's living and study habits, preparing and teaching lessons, and providing excellent service to parents and students.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Develop and issue educational content including notes, tests, and assignments.

2. Supervise classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.

3. Organize supplies and resources for lectures and presentations.

4. Deliver personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning.

5. Plan and implement educational activities and events.

6. Ensure your classroom is clean and orderly.

7. Prepare and distribute periodic progress reports and semester report cards.

9. Evaluate and document students’ progress.

10. Allocate and grade homework, assignments, and tests.

11. Relays directives, instructions and assignment from Management to Executives and other relevant personnel.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Passionate, patient, and responsible towards children, with a strong affinity for teaching.
- Excellent language expression, strong communication skills, and good interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and speech skills to effectively manage classroom activities and student behavior.
- Strong self-management ability and high personal quality.
- Good health, with special skills and teaching certificates given priority.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
