Flowback Supervisor

Minimum 5 years of experience
- Diploma/Advance Diploma in Petroleum, Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or any relevant
- Oversee the entire flowback process, from setup to completion
- Monitor and control the flow of fluids from the well, ensuring proper equipment functioning
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate flowback activities with overall drilling and completion operations
- Lead and supervise a team of flowback technicians
- Provide guidance and direction to ensure efficient and safe flowback operations
- Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Supervise the maintenance and troubleshooting of flowback equipment
- Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns
- Work closely with maintenance personnel to address equipment issues promptly
- Monitor and analyse data related to flowback operations
- Provide reports on well performance, fluid recovery rates, and other relevant metrics
- Use data to optimize flowback processes and improve efficiency
- Interact with clients to understand their requirements and expectations
- Provide regular updates on flowback operations and address any client concerns
- Work collaboratively to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction
