IT Technical Support

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and networks
- Providing technical support across the company
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Install, maintain, and repair CCTV, Alarm System, Door Access, IP Networking, Barrier Gate & related equipment in indoor and outdoor environments.
- To carry out cabling and installation works with efficiency, accuracy and safety at all times.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with technical equipment promptly and efficiently.
- Operate a variety of hand tools and mechanical equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service, including communicating effectively with clients about the status of their service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Document technical procedures and maintenance logs accurately.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve service quality.
- Ensure there is no rework job for the task handled by the team.
- Support and undertake ad-hoc projects as requested by the company.

Requirements:

- Knowledge and experience in repairing computer hardware and installation of operating systems, drivers and software
- Knowledge of security system installation (alarm, door access & CCTV) including CAT6 and Coax wiring & cabling is advantageous
- Willing to learn, hardworking, responsible, and able to complete a task within the timeline given.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to operate Windows based laptop and perform basic troubleshooting such as PING test as well as web based equipment setup
- Strong team player with a positive working attitude and Able to work in groups.
- Proficient in written communication both in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Applicants should be Malaysia Citizens ONLY
- onsite installation work (indoor installation 80% ; outdoor installation 20%)
- Must have valid class D license and ability to operate motor vehicle (class B2 with own vehicle is an advantage)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
