**Brief Job Description**:

- Monitor operation, troubleshoot, perform maintenance and repair all facility-related issues (e.g. service air-conditioning, maintain auto gate)
- Perform works related to PVC piping and plumbing.
- Perform wiring and electrical installation and troubleshooting of electrical system. (e.g. install grounding to workstation)
- Supervise and monitor contractors at work. (e.g. Pest control personnel, cleaner, etc.)
- Ensure entire building is in safe condition according to safety requirement. (e.g. no chemical spillage, no obstruction in walkway and emergency exit, fire extinguisher is in place, etc)
- Perform rework on product if necessary (e.g. soldering, filing, spraying, etc)
- Help production to perform packaging, logistic and inventory whenever necessary.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance task for machine when required.
- Inspecting facilities to identify areas that require maintenance and repair work.
- Assist other department with their maintenance needs.

**Relevant Working Experience**:
Educational Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Electrical, mechanical or related field

Knowledge on facilities HVAC, Refrigeration, plumbing, compressor and up to 415V electrical system & maintenance

At least 2 - 3 years of experience in technician role

Able to carry out repair and maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment.

Ability to repair electrical fixtures, switches, outlets, leaking pipes, etc.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

**Skills**:
Proficient in MS Office

Able to read and understand Electrical and Civil plan

Problem solving and technical skills

Able to use hand and power tools

Fluent in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
