**JOB SUMMARY**

Assist warehouse Manager / Supervisor in the proper care and maintenance of stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory in the warehouse at all stages, from the time of moving goods into the warehouse, preserving and storing them until the time of moving goods out of the warehouse, and ensuring requirements of quality and quantity of goods well.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. To monitor loading and unloading goods according to the instruction

2. To do receiving and fill up the inbound form attach with the receiving document (delivery order etc.) and need to acknowledge and pass the document to warehouse office.

3. To check, monitor and supervise delivery of goods to ensure on time delivery

4. To monitor and maintain the level of stock to ensure proper storage based on system

5. To maintain records of stock transaction and other responsibility assigned from time to time.

6. Receive, pull stock, store, and maintain warehouse inventory.

7. Responsible for the issuance of materials and supplies to all departments in the organization.

8. Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are returned.

9. Examine stock and dispose of depreciated and obsolete stock following the organization's policy.

1 0. Responsible for stock control and housekeeping operations of warehouse cargo and items.

1 1 Key departmental orders into the inventory management system.

12. Responsible for the preparation of requisitions for production.

1 3. Responsible for the maintenance of inventory of parts, equipment and machinery

14. Keep documentation of materials and supplies issued.

15. Responsible for the preparation of work orders for equipment repairs.

16. Preserve records and prepare related reports.

1 7. Labelling items for pricing, storage and transfer.

18. Notifying supervisors and managers of inventory levels.

19. Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, placing orders in delivery area.

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS**

1. Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, and/or equivalent.

2. At least two (2) years of working experience in Warehouse or Procurement or Engineering.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Access.

4. Experience using Inventory Management software and tools, including Albatrozz is an advantageous.

**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE**

1. Familiar with warehouse terminology and owning practical skills such as organization and physical stamina.

2. Excellent command of both verbal and written English and Bahasa and ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

3. Ability in multi-tasking, time-management skills, confidence, meticulousness, ability to work independently, and ability to prioritize tasks.

4. High degree of integrity including the ability to successfully deal with sensitive or confidential information.

5. Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
