**Responsibilities**:
To be under training in the Accounts Department for preparation of payments

To key in data into ERP System and SQL Accounting System

To upadate Data in the Google Drive File

To do filling and organize documentations

To assist in the closing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

To assist in the Monthly/Yearly Accounts Closing including bank reconciliation, fixed asset schedule and etc

Assisting in Accounts and Tax Auditing

Other Adhoc Task given by the Finance Manager

prepare daily invoicing

To compile complete documents and courier to customers

To prepare daily cheques and payments

To carry out any other ad-hoc task assigned by Finance Manager

**Requirements**:
Minimum LCCI/ACCA/Diploma or Degree holders in Accounting or with relevant working experience are also encouraged to apply

Willing to learn and have initiative to gain knowledge

Computer Literate

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Team Player

Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa.

Ability to speak fluent Mandarin would be an added advantage

**Remuneration**:
Basic 2,500.00-2,800.00
