**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work closely with IT, Operation, and Finance team to support the execution of business processes, data validation, cleansing, and analysis.
- Conduct business requirement studies, review existing systems, and provide system and operation process support based on system features and functions.
- Able to communicate well with the technical teams to understand the technical and system requirements.
- Perform system troubleshooting, testing, and documentation.
- Provide support in documentations, user guides, training materials, and Standard Operating Procedure.
- Ensure proper formatting of all contents following our corporate branding.
- Create & Track work plans and Coordinate with teams to make sure Action Items are tracked to closure.
- Ability to handle multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop reports using Crystal Reports.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- Junior or Senior at a University or College majoring in Business Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering.
- Needs to be comfortable with process workflow and documentation writings.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven and with attention to detail, resourceful, and proactive.
