- Monitor the movement of air freight shipments.
- Assist in evaluating and selecting cost-effective air freight solutions.
- Work closely with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Assist the department head in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the company's air freight operations and achieve business goals.
- Assist in analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and formulating plans to optimize resources and increase profitability..
- Work closely with internal teams, such as logistics, procurement, and warehouse departments, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Negotiating contracts and rates with service providers, managing pricing strategies, and implementing cost-saving measures while maintaining service quality.
- Ensuring compliance with international air freight regulations, customs requirements, and industry standards.
- Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management

- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
