Qc Technician

Prepare and perform all the lab
- and R&D - scales rubber compounds following to the specification provided by the superior..
- Involve in the designing of new rubber products based on the laboratory results and instruction from the superior
- Ensure the quality of the rubber compound is following the specification given by the superior.
- Prepare and perform laboratory test for QC / customer complaint / R&D sample together with analysis of the test results following to specific standard given by the superior.
- Perform mock test for existing or potential customer product sample.
- Responsible for in-coming, in-process & out-going inspection, daily production process monitoring and precision measurement to ensure the consistency of quality of rubber compounds are maintained following the specification, by using computer-controlled machinery and system.
- Ensure all data/ information are accurate and details of the test are recorded in proper manner.
- Responsible to provide accurate weekly records and reports on analysis results to the departments.
- Accountable or identify and notify the department if any anomalies or inconsistencies detected on the compounding process, QC inspections and QC results.
- Always ensure and maintain the cleanliness of the QC laboratories.
- Ensure that the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 requirements are effectively carried out.
- Adhere to safety and performance standards.
- Perform to other ad-hoc tasks and duties when required.

**Competency Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of laboratory analytical instrumentation and procedure.
- Knowledge in computer literate such as Microsoft office (Word / excel / power point).
- Willing to work under urgency and tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently.
- Possess experience with roll mill mixing.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
