Technician (Port Tank Farm)

1. Perform routine field inspection and monitor of the assigned units (specific Port Tank Form area) by taking appropriate action and/or reports any abnormalities observed.

2. Record operating parameters in the field and log sheets, to maintain smooth, efficient and optimum operations.

3. Perform housekeeping duties as per planned to keep the plants in a safe, clean and conducive environment to improve productivity.

4. Collect samples as per schedule and send to laboratory for analysis. Monitors laboratory results from samples and inform immediate supervisor for any abnormalities.

5. Collect, label and store wastes as per Waste Disposal Procedure.

6. Perform truck unloading and loading activity in time and safe manner.

7. Perform Vessel unloading and loading activity in time and safe manner.

8. Execute hose connection dismantling activities on ship at LCB I connection/disconnection/blowing for ship loading/unloading in time and safe

manner.(Handling all activities involved jetty operation).

9. Perform any other duties as instructed by superiors such as assist areas of the plant, assists contractor as manhole and fire watch, assists on office work.

10. Establish field LOTO as per master red tag and / or isolation procedure.

11. Execute operational preparation for maintenance work such as filter cleaning, topping up chemicals and etc.

12. Handling weigh bridge operation for incoming and outgoing truck/container.

13. Perform and sent Shipment documentation such as KPC approval and MTOS.

14. Perform Tank Level Gauging and level calculating as per procedure.

15. Monitor Tank Level capacity and ensure tank level not exceeding low level and max level capacity.

16. Test and record Fire water pump and firefighting system.

17. Perform all other duties, activities and responsibility that may be assigned by superior whenever necessary from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
