Logistics Assistant

1) Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement effective logistics strategies for the Segment Box Girder project. 2) Coordinate with the transportation, delivery, and distribution of construction materials, equipment, and components required for the SBG project. 3) Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure timely availability of materials to support construction schedules. 4) Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including receipts, shipments, and inventory. 5) Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations. 6) Assist in optimizing transportation routes to minimize costs and environmental impact. 7) Work closely with the logistic officer to resolve any logistics-related issues that may arise during the SBG project. 8) Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all logistics activities. 9) Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the logistics process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 10) Stay updated on industry trends and logistics best practices to provide innovative solutions for the SBG project. 11) All other duties as assigned.
