IT Executive

**IT EXECUTIVE**
Work Location: Perai, Penang.
- Maintain and responsible for daily end-users support in hardware and software technical problems within reasonable timeframe in order to ensure smooth daily business operation.
- Perform IT controlled equipment purchase arrangement, provide information and recommendation for computer purchase
- Respond to the requirements of network users concerning their access to resources on the network and the operation of various software programs
- Administer the network by keeping the system hardware and software up to the current revision / release and monitoring the system performance
- Assist in generating ad-hoc reports whenever necessary.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time
- Preferably specialized in IT / Computer - software & hardware
- Must be self-motivated. Able to learn quickly, meet deadlines and demonstrate problem solving skills.
- Demonstrate willingness to explore and learn new technologies

**Education**:

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 3 years (preferred)
