DXN is principally involved in the sales of health-oriented and wellness consumer products through a direct selling model. It operates a vertically integrated production facilities, right from research and development to cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution. DXN's other business activities that primarily serve to support their core business include conducting laboratory testing services for third parties, offering of lifestyle products, and operating cafe.

Under its massive expansion programme, we are currently looking for a diligent and experienced **Branch Executive **with the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based in, **Kota Bharu, Kelantan.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, coordinate, and execute all operational aspect including sales, inventory management, administration, customer service and employee management.
- Execute with sales team and to carry out sales activities including receive and process sales order from customers, cash handling, dealing with inquiries from walk in customer and etc.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and ensure efficient quality service.
- Deal with inquires from customers and provide information and guidance professionally.
- Work closely with sales and marketing team for marketing activities or event to achieve business target and sales objective.
- Inventory monitoring. To ensure stock availability is sufficient to meet with market demand and closely monitor the stock flow from time to time.
- Analyses the stock flow and build up proper stock level.
- Assign and supervise tasks for subordinates to ensure all perform the duty well. Motivate and lead the subordinates to work as a team to execute the goal set by company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales, retail, store management (preferred).
- Posses management experience and leadership skills.
- Ability to meet goals, highly independent and motivated.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritization skills.
- Able to motive subordinates and good self-discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English and Malay other languages would be advantageous.
- Knowledge in MS Office i.e. Excel and word.
- Strong interpersonal skills and capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers.
- Willing to outstation if required.
