**Responsibilities**:
- To plan, coordinate and lead training and staff development programs for the company. Your role will have a direct on the company’s quality, effectiveness and timeless.
- Liaise with Section Heads/ Managers to determine the training needs and design effective internal or external training programs.Monitor, train and manage food production activities and food-related participant trainings.
- Support all participants in safe, clean commercial kitchen activities and food production.
- Maintain and manage staff’s training records as well as conduct training needs analysis and survey.
**Requirements**:
2.1 - 2 years of culinary industry experience preferred.
3.Possess experience in managing Central Kitchen / Production
4.Must be open to learning as well as sharing the knowledge and teaching them.
5.Interest in working with a wide variety of cuisines and must be extremely patient.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM1,300.00 per month
