Responsibilities: Send documents to various stakeholders, including banks, government agencies, and customers. Manage payment submissions to various organizations such as utilities, telecommunications providers, and leasing agencies. Assist in collecting goods or documents as required. Maintain records of incoming and outgoing documents, correspondence and invoices, ensuring documents are accurate and easily retrievable. Ensure all necessary administrative forms are completed and properly filed. Provide important documents to interested parties, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Assist officials with manual filing tasks, ensuring proper organization and retrieval of documents. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time. Prompt, reliable, hardworking and honest personality Must have at least secondary/SPM/'O' level. Good people skills and cheerful personality (responsible, punctual, patient, upright, trustworthy, clean of criminal record and traffic violations).
