IMMEDIATE HIRING
Job Responsibilities:
- (A) As HR Executive you undertake to faithfully and diligently perform and discharge such duties HR related matter and improve company HR system.
(B) Handling full spectrum of HR functions - payroll processing, recruitment, training, staff disciplinary issue, compensation & benefits.
(C) Maintain employee records (personal particulars, attendance & leave record) and ensuring that all the records are kept updated.
(D) Preparation and submission of statutory contribution - EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB.
(E) Preparation and submission for Annual Form E & EA.
(F) Provide HR advice to all employees on the terms of employment benefits, rules and regulations and any HR related issues.
(G) Work with the HOD on the Implement the HR policies and procedures and ensure they are being followed by staff
(H) Update of all necessary HR systems, policies and procedures to ensure all changes in local labour laws and regulations are reflected
(I) Manage the on boarding, orientation, welcome introductions and exit formalities.
(J) Ensure timely notification and updates on confirmations, contract renewals and etc
(K) Involve in audit ,GMP.JKKP and other
(L) implementation of training and involve in HRDF grant submission & Claim.
(M) Conduct and search for company event (CSR ,teambuilding)
(N) Prepare & involve in staff evaluation & KPI
**Requirements**:
- 1. Have minimum 2-3 years experience in human resource fields
2. Able to work under minimum supervision
3. Good management and communication skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft or WBS Office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
