Responsibilities:
1. Set up the clinic before operations begin

2. Greet patients with a smile

3. Assists patients to get their treatment with Physiotherapist

4. To serve patients drinks and snacks

5. Maintain Physio clinic’s cleanliness and image

6. Proper knowledge of Physio treatment and to be able to explain to patient about them

7. Assist the Physiotherapist after the treatment, such as booking next appointment and create GL if panel patient before the session

8. Cleaning the admin area

9. To learn all the SOP for handling cash and non cash patient

11. To answer the phone promptly

12. Be able to answer patient’s enquiry

13. Help patient set their next appointment

Requirement

1. Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.

2. To be able to learn new knowledge and skills

3. To be punctual to work

4. Adaptable to change and happy to assist patients

5. Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.

6. Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.

7. Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.

8. Has a High School/Diploma/Degree

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
