**Responsibilities**
- To work out planting schedule, variety selection and monitor crop growth condition with correct environment and condition.
- To plan and conduct training for pre and post harvest packaging for our operator team.
- Assist on daily vegetables delivery activity.
- Developing better planting, cultivation, and harvesting techniques, improving crop yield, and solving problems of agriculture.
- Researching and promoting agricultural strategies to counter the effects of changes in nutrition solution, indoor micro climate, and pest damage.
- Testing samples for nutritional deficiencies, diseases, or other changes.
- Assisting with the plant sourcing, testing, and selection.
- Generating reports and presenting findings to management, and or other interested parties.
- Contribute to quality control on farm operations, i.e. seed handling and cutting, planter spacing accuracy, and irrigation system uniformity, etc.
- Perform test digs to estimate yield and monitor quality.
- Provide daily supervision of Agronomy Tech(s) and/or seasonal employees.
- Facilitating market actors to provide on farm demonstrations and promotion of Malaysia Good Agronomic Practices (MyGAP) tailored to improved indoor production.
- Facilitating GMP, HACCP and HALAL implementation. Perform other tasks and responsibilities as needed to support production team.

**Requirement**
- Problem solving skill and farm management experience.
- 1 -2 years involve in agriculture activity.
- Farm and FMCG production related knowledge.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
