Qc Supervisor

To ensure outgoing part meet quality standard and customer specification.
- Distribute check sheet and related document to production and inspection work station.
- Maintain any related QC document in production such as LUX Meter, SPC, Defect Monitoring, QC recorded, 1st pcs buy off part inspection and etc.
- Lead morning meeting and grouping improvement activity.
- Work closely with production regarding improvement and action plan activity.
- Gives support in coordinating all quality activities including process and delivery.
- Monitor Production environment to identify areas where quality can be implemented and approved.
- Help in training, coaching, mentoring, empowering, and developing team members.
- Perform any other duties by the superior from time to time.
- Maintenance of company QMS system, documentation and standard operating procedure, good analytic skills.
- Follow up the quality feedback and monitor effectiveness of the countermeasure reply through QC tools (8D methodology).

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
