**About Us**:We are a well-established and compassionate nursing home dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Located in the serene community of Sg long and Puchong, we are currently seeking a caring and skilled Caregiver to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

**Position Overview**:As a Staff Caregiver in our nursing home, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. You will provide professional caregiver care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to maintain the highest quality of care and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver skilled caregiver care to residents as per their individual care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor residents' health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing to create and update care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for residents.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide emotional support.
- Ensure infection control and safety protocols are rigorously followed.
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in aged care or nursing home settings is advantageous.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Willingness to work shifts as required.

Pay: RM1,850.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CPR Certification (preferred)
