**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resource Executive to join our team. The Human Resource Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting our company's human resources functions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and contributing to the development and maintenance of a positive workplace culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding processes.

**HR Policies and Compliance**:

- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures in accordance with Malaysian labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.

**Employee Relations**:

- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.

**Performance Management**:

- Support the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Identify and recommend training and development opportunities for employees.

**Benefits and Compensation**:Administer employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries.
Assist in the preparation of compensation and benefits packages.

**HR Reporting and Analytics**:

- Generate HR reports and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Maintain HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.

**Employee Engagement**:

- Organize employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure employee well-being and satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in human resources roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
