**Responsibilities**:

- Carries out design / drafting using AutoCad/ SketchUp
- Work closely with architects/superior
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Willing to learn and work overtime to meet tight timelines
- To understand and follow instructions will positive attitude
- Work well as part of a team and independently
- Performs other job-related duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Architectural design development consisting of layout proposal, architectural drawings for submission to authorities. Must be familiar with standard building bylaws.
- Liaise with authorities for building approval.
- Ability to use AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and Sketchup
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work well in a team
- Must possess own transport
- Prefer applicant man
