**Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the School Dean and HOD in the School.
- Assist faculty member and timetable team on administrative matters.
- Assist in preparing the academic calendar and semester timetable.
- Coordinate and compile examination question paper.
- Consolidate and generate overall exam result for senate.
- Prepare the enrollment for new and returning students.
- To do track record/archiving administrative forms (re-sit/repeat/course enrolment).
- Develop quality manual for the school.
- Compile and coordinate the process of claims for full time lecturers and adjunct claims.
- Responsible for all school correspondence -filling and records.
- Assist in processing certification, credit transfer/credit exemption.
- Booking of lecture room and lecture hall.
- Prepare documentation and slide for school meeting, making minutes of the meeting.
- Assist in preparing the teaching load distribution.
- Any other tasks or ad hoc tasks assigned by the Dean or HoD from the school.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management **or other related field.
- Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good communication (written & verbal) in both Malay and English languages.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Power Point, etc.

**Job Types**: Contract, Internship
Contract length: 3 - 6 months

**Salary**: RM500.00 per month
