Site Supervisor

Responsibilities: - Report project progress to superiors - Supervise all construction workers - Develop a work schedule for workers - Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors - Resolve problems when they arise - Ensure that a project is adequately staffed - Assign tasks to construction workers - Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met - Supervise the use of machinery and equipment Requirements: - Proven experience as a construction foreman - Minimum 2 years experience - Ability to read drawings and plans - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and equipment - Ability to communicate and report effectively - Good physical condition and stamina
