Digital Marketing Executive

**Content Creation**:
- Develop and produce high-quality content for social media platforms, including Facebook/Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging text, image, and video content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
- Generate innovative ideas and concepts for digital campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging andbranding across all digital channels.
**Video Production**:
- Shoot and edit videos for various purposes, including product promotions, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Edit video content to enhance visual appeal, storytelling, and brand consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production tocontinuously improve content quality.
**Graphic Design**:
- Utilise Adobe Illustrator to design graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for digital content.
- Create eye-catching visuals that complement written content and enhance audience engagement.
- Maintain a library of digital assets for use across multiple platforms.
**Social Media Management**:
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
- Analyse performance metrics and adjust content strategies to optimise reach, engagement, and conversion.
**Collaboration and Communication**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales,to align digital content with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand projectrequirements, timelines, and goals.
- Provide creative input and support for integrated marketing campaigns andinitiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Content Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Proficiency in video shooting and editing using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro orFinal Cut Pro.
- Strong graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe Illustrator or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and a passion for digital content creation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and experience in analysing data to drivecontent strategy.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads.
- A portfolio of previous digital content projects is highly desirable.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with photography and photo editing software.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimisation techniques.
- Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
