**Responsibilities**
- Process all purchase orders, sales orders and inventory records accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update purchase order schedules and communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Process and reconcile inventory records in accordance with financial controls and inventory management procedures.
- Maintain and update pricing schedules and assist with the development of pricing strategies.
- Retrieve and analyze data from various systems to identify issues and make recommendations for corrective action.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of reports providing insight into business operations.
- Liaise with other internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent. Fresh Graduates are welcomed
- Thorough understanding of purchase order and inventory management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
