**職責：**
- 與客戶合作，了解他們的目標、功能需求和預算限制
- 開發設計概念、調色板、情緒板和演示文稿，以向客戶傳達和視覺化設計理念
- 使用 AutoCAD、SketchUp 或 Revit 建立 2D 和 3D 設計圖、渲染圖和佈局
- 選擇並指定適當的材料、成品、家具、固定裝置和設備
- 提供配色方案、燈光和空間佈置的指導和建議，以增強空間的美觀性和功能性
- 確保整個設計過程符合建築規範、法規和行業標準
- 與建築師、承包商和供應商合作，協調專案實施並確保及時、成功的執行

**要求：**
- 應屆畢業生也可以申請。
- 熟悉材料應用。
- 最好是精通 Autocad、Skethup、Microsoft Excel 的執行人員。
- 至少擁有室內設計/建築文憑/學位，並畢業於公認的學院。
- 首選技能：3DMax、Adobe Photoshop
- 必須願意在無拉港工作**（需要去現場考察或參加現場會議）**
- 所需語言：**馬來語、英語、華語**:
