Assist in measuring and weighing ingredients as per recipes.
- Follow recipes and instructions to produce a variety of baked goods, such as bread, pastry, cookies.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and sheeters.
- Shape dough, cut cookies, and assemble pastries according to the chef's guidance.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality and consistency.
- Prepare, measure, mix, and get ingredients ready for making bread.
- Make sure everything is clean and hygienic.
- Work with the baking team and kitchen staff to plan bread production with other food.
- Keep track of ingredients inventory for every day.
- Learn about new trends and techniques in bread making to get better and bring new ideas to the kitchen.

**Requirement**:

- Have basic knowledge in baking.
- Have experience as a baker or related field.
- Good teamwork
- Understanding of food safety.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
