Job Scope
- Pick up phone calls (e.g. Customer/Salesman phone orders, customer inquiry etc.)
- Assist in the preparation of scheduled reports
- Maintain filing system, record & data entry as set by management
- Assist with administrative work
- Follow up on overdue payments and prepare sales report
- Preparing Delivery orders, Invoices, and related documentation.
- Basic Accounts knowledge.
- Liaise with Sales personnel for order and customer feedback.
- Assist in the coordination of delivery.
- Taking and handling customers order.
- Assist with any ad hoc task instructed by the company/management.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
