Main Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure cleanliness of the Shopping Mall and landscape area are well maintained by the contractor in order to sustain and increase value of the property

**Responsibilities**:

- To plan and coordinate the activities of Housekeeping Department involving 3rd party cleaning service vendor i.e. scheduling/monitoring of cleaning, pest control, sanitary bin and waste disposal
- Prepare, update and coordinate all Housekeeping programs and schedules
- Monitor External Service Contractors’ performance such as Cleaning, Refuse Disposal, Pest Control and Sanitary Bin in terms of responsiveness, efficiency and quality of work.
- To conduct monthly meeting with cleaning contractors and submit minutes meeting to Housekeeping Manager
- To carry out any other duties and job functions as instructed from time to time by the company

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years working experience in similar field.
- Possess working experience in supervisory role especially in housekeeping and preferably from shopping mall industry.
- Good in Microsoft Office and able to update data and prepare Housekeeping reports
- 6 days work in a week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
