The Commis is responsible for consistent cooking, preparing, and garnishing of quality food product. This position is instrumental in maintaining a clean, organized, and harmonious kitchen.
- Follow HACCP and local Hygiene laws at all times
- Follow instruction of the Stewarding Department
- Assist in hygiene and cleanliness around the kitchen, food production and food storage.
- Ensures standard of food quality and safety at all times during his/her duty.
- Ensure grooming and personal hygiene according to hotel policies
- Reports any incident, problems and complaints to the Executive Chef.

**Education**:
