Job Description
To guide and work closely with the Business Development Team / Regional Sales Team to achieve the following:
Continuous exponential partner acquisition,
Sales data management,
Market/Competitor research & analysis
To guide and work closely with the team of Vendor Operations executives/Operations Manager in achieving the following:
After sales service
Partner performance monitoring and compliance,
New partner on boarding and training
To work closely with Account and Business Development Team to achieve the following:
Run promotional deals for partners to boost growth of gross orders / revenue,
Reward top partners with exclusive deals to further market reach on our platform,
Promote strategic partners to gain market mileage in newly launched / less exposed areas
To guide and work closely with the Driver Team Lead / Logistics Manager to achieve the following:
Driver capacity is fulfilled,
Drivers adhere to all compliance SOPs set by management,
Driver training and on boarding for all new Drivers,
Drivers fully equipped with brand merchandise.
To work closely with the Head of Marketing / Marketing managers
Requirement

**Education**: A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is typically required.

**Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in a management or operations role is typically required.

**Skills**: The city manager should have strong leadership, problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills. They should also be familiar with the operations of a delivery company.
Proficiency in managing profit and loss (P&L)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel
Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
