Petiteserie is a bakery cafe and was established since 2014 and is looking for capable, organised and hardworking individuals to do the following:
Job Responsibilities
- Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries.
- Managing and updating company databases
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
- Maintaining financial, employee, and customer records.
- Issue invoices to customers and do basic bookeeping
- Managing the maintenance of bakery and facility equipment.
- Providing general administrative support
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
