**Background**
Goldberg Home is an eCommerce retail company based in Singapore. We specialize in home & electrical products ranging from ceiling fans to light switches.
In the last year we’ve gone through an extraordinary transformation and are now hiring team members who can thrive in the fast-paced industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for target keywords
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and implement them into our strategies.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure website content is optimized for SEO.
- Collaborate with the web development team to implement technical SEO improvements.
- Track, analyze and report on website traffic, rankings and other SEO metrics.
- Stay informed about changes in search engine algorithms and adjust SEO strategies accordingly.
- Manage and optimize local SEO for targeted locations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, with a track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic to websites.
- Demonstrate experience with technical knowledge, on-page SEO, local SEO and link-building tactics.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and/or Screaming Frog.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems (Shopify etc.).
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and how they work.
- Demonstrable competency in organizational and analytical skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO.
- Experience conducting SEO for an e-commerce platform and/or B2C websites at an enterprise level.
- Experience in building SEO content strategies for websites.
- Experience in developing and executing successful SEO campaign.
**Additional Information**
The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve the visibility of our website and increase organic traffic.
