**Position Summary;**

Engage hotel guests to enhance the service experience through activation of all outlet services within the lobby area (e.g., Restaurant & Bar, Front Desk, Business Center, Lounge, etc.). Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers. Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Gather, summarize, and provide local area knowledge to inform guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and local activities. Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bell person, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Server) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in Hotel Lounge food & beverage operations;
- Provide courteous service to VIP guests and respond promptly to guests’ enquiries, complaints and requests;
- Promote Rewards and Ambassador for Membership program;
- Ensure Hotel Lounge areas are clean and tidy at all times;
- Check guests’ satisfaction to ensure total service excellence;
- Perform ad-hoc tasks when necessary.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in hospitality management or related studies;
- Excellent communication skills with good spoken English and Mandarin (add on advantage);
- 1 year related working experience is an added advantage;

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
