JOB SCOPE:

- Ensure proper building electrical maintenance and compliance with Energy Commission requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with owners/tenants, contractors, vendors, and maintenance personnel regarding contract requirements and daily operational activities.
- Perform a test run on the stand-by generator set and keep a record of the checklist to meet with regulatory requirements.
- To be available to respond to emergencies even after his authorized working hours if necessary.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission) Chargeman A4 Certificate.
- At least three years of experience in facilities management or building operations, including understanding of maintenance and services.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
