Helpline Professional

To attend/answer inbound calls from customer.
- To identify their technical issues on products and services.
- To assist them in solving the problems by providing the right solutions.
- To assist customer in trouble shooting.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum SPM holder
- Required languages: Bahasa Melayu & English
- Good communication skills
- Able to start work immediately
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

JOB DETAILS
- Location : TTDI, Damansara (5 minutes walking distance from MRT TTDI).
- Working Days : Monday to Sunday, 5 days a week, 2 off days (rotational).
- Working Hours : 7am - 4.30pm, 4.30pm - 2am
- Training will be provided
- Training location : Bangsar / TTDI
- Salary : RM 1500 - RM 1800 + Allowances

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
