Able to liase with client, suppliers and sources.
- Experienced in Pre & Post contract activities.
- Familiar in tender preparation and contract documents including bill of quantities.
- To assist purchasing.
- Monitor/ check project claims and invoices.
- Preparation of quotation and bill of quantities.
- Handle document progress, materials and reports for the project.
- Finalization of progressive claims for clients and final account.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
- 1 year experienced in the related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
- Computer literate with proficient in major Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Possess own transportation.
- Great multi-tasking abilities and attention to details.
- Confident, proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
