They are currently seeking for an experienced and passionate **SEO Specialist** to join their team. As part of the company, you will work with their marketing and operation team to grow their market presence, embodying and communicating their mission of making room rental hassle and worry free.

- Identify traffic opportunities through comprehensive keyword research
- Identify areas of concern from an SEO perspective and sorting them by level of importance
- Using tools such as Google Analytics and other SEO tools to manage and optimize websites
- To manage and optimize existing Advertisement campaign components including, but not limited to - Google Ads, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research, etc.
- To help create and implementation of campaign strategies including keyword research and analysis
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords for content optimization and ranking improvement
- Monitor keyword performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Keep track of essential SEO metrics, including organic traffic and search rankings
- Stay updated with the latest trends, changes and best practices in SEO
