Maintain work order tracker, and assign to PIC based on guidelines provided
- Follow up with PIC on progress daily, and verify job completed by contractors based on photo proof
- Assist renovation team in BQ preparation and help compile documentation
- Provide support to the renovation team
**Requirement**
- SPM Leavers/Fresh Grads
- Able to work in a dynamic working environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft and Google product such Google Sheets
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- **Working hours**: 5 days/week, 9 hours/day (9.30am - 6.30pm)
- **Working arrangement**: Mid Valley Southpoint, Kuala Lumpur
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: RM2,000.30 - RM2,300.17 per month
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
