Experience with various inspection techniques and tools. Responsibilities: Conduct Inspections: Perform regular inspections of plant equipment, machinery, and structures to ensure they meet regulatory and company standards. Prepare Reports: Document inspection findings, including any abnormalities or concerns, and recommend necessary corrective actions. Monitor Repairs: Oversee maintenance and repair activities, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with industry best practices and regulations. Compliance with Standards: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory standards and guidelines, including environmental and safety protocols. Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure the plant's integrity and optimal performance. Provide Technical Support: Offer guidance and support related to inspection methods, materials selection, corrosion control, and other integrity management activities. Emergency Response: Act promptly to handle any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise, ensuring the safety of all personnel and minimizing operational disruptions.
